The food industry is reactivating, República del Cacao present at Las Vegas Fancy Food Show 2022

The food industry came together in-person for the first time in two years to reunite at the largest U.S. event focused exclusively on specialty foods. Tens of thousands of specialty food and beverage companies were exhibiting their products for discovery, showcasing countless innovations and flavors at a premier trade show destination, Vegas.

Republica del Cacao was nestled at the entrance of the Chocolate Pavilion, sharing space with other chocolate enthusiasts and experts. The show attracted people from across the country and around the globe, providing a place for much needed interaction and exchange among all food professionals.

Although smaller, the Fancy Food Show delivered what brands and customers were long waiting for, reigniting the spark of a new season of what hopefully will be more in-person interactions. Seeing familiar faces while tasting new delicacies had never felt better. We couldn’t be more excited to do it all over again in the summer for the New York Fancy Food Show.
